Checked out your log this morning before hitting back in the gym - Man i tore it up! Thanks for keeping me accountable - workouts are going great this week. Working out with a big brother - ex pro football player. He is kicking my a$$. I love the pumps, the push, the intensity. Hopefully I can be bigger than you... LOL

Kyle. I will post pics of my progress so that you can be inspired further. It's great to feel strong, solid, thick and tight.

Smalls, my plan was not to fail a lift today. To be fair, I probably only left 5 maybe 10kg on the platform. Bench was certainly maxed out.

There are vids. I'll put them up when I get them off the lad who took them.
