I'm up North on a conference Monday and Tuesday so no training those days. I'll do Monday's wo on Sunday and Tuesday's wo on Wednesday to make up for it. | ||

Might look for a gym but the days are pretty packed, we'll see. Neck is ok. Just some minor twinges at the moment. | ||

The pause on the second rep is dedicated to Martin Flett. I could have had a cup of tea with that bar on my chest. Piss. Assistance: Face pulls: 5 sets of 15 (Yes Martin, you heard me, 5 sets) Lat pulldowns: 5 sets of 15 Abs: 3 sets of 12 Bicep curls: 3 sets of 10 with 40kg barbell No training for 2 days now as up North in Newcastle.
