200 x unracked it and 190 was good enough today
Comments well this was suppose to be done on Tuesday but never got it done. But it was a very nice session and I can't really say anything further than if the back wasn't starting to cramp bad on the 190 frontie I think I might if got the 200.
Now fir the bench 180, 190 paused felt easy so took the 200 for a ride and ended up doing a touch and go so pleaded and f**ked off.
Anyway Lots of Deadlift with 5/3/1, speed and paused in the next session

Not much time today to train so got in what I needed to do. Deadlifts felt heavy from the off but by the time I got through to the end they were solid and the movement felt strong. The last set was tough though but glad to hit 10 reps though.

Without a doubt you have the 200 bench Neil, your 180 looked so east comp day, you just need some face slaps to get it done buddy. Nice front squats to 2013 has been a solid year for you 2014 should see you hitting some PB's

Thanks Colin, bench is a mental thing and I just need to bench more reps at 170, 180 and 190, so 200+ will be there next year.
Don't want to set goals for next year but I do want to get back to my old pbs and beyond .

Really good training session with Matthew and I hope a few ideas I have him helps, squats felt really good and strong really annoyed myself on the first working set as I miss loaded by 20kgs and thought f**k 165 feels really heavy but Matthew pointed out that it was 185. So back to the plan and the test felt good. Still having this problem with the ten reps and me thinking I 'm going to f**k my back but it will come with confidence. Really pleased we the fronties as I haven't been training them so my other training seems to be helping them. Forgot to film it but Matthew will confirm what I did for the doubters I have been getting. Hoping to get benching done da morn the off for a couple of days and back to the plan.

The 200kg frontie was a peach,perfect trekkers and easy, just a pity I wasn't able to squat very good. Am looking forward to another session when the calfs are better. Thing23/12/13 @ 15:15

When are you in next? I need some help with front squat technique, lack of flexibility may be the problem though.
