Your deadlifting seems to be coming on well, will be interesting to see how it goes. I based mine on 7.5kg les than my PB and found the last couple of heavier sessions right on my limit. Member 1470, 193 posts SQ 245, BP 185, DL 325755.0 kgs @ 111.6kgs UnEq | See how things go Neil done a few sessions in the past 2 weeks but with nightshift and other things trainings is just ticking over back to solid training from now till christmas squats 70x10 120x8 170x6 170x5 170x5 felt good ramp this up in the few weeks hopefully 3 sets single leg raises big difference between left and right feeling the knee but felt ok coming to the end of 3rd set 3 sets calf raises gunz and stretching | ||
