I was mega late for work this morning so didn't get my stretching done so probably why my hamstrings are ruined. Week 2 I'll hit the cardio more and get back on the intermittent fasting also hit the core work, I'll do a session everyday but split things up better. Then week three high reps on the benching will be brought back 15-20 ish reps. Also think in week 3 or 4 I'll introduce the barbell and then increase the weight by 5kgs when I feel 300 reps is good. | ||
