Just done the voodoo bike tire trick to booth knee with more of the wrapping around the patella and at the bottom of the hamstring to say it was interesting but the knee feel looser.

Comments 
Hamstrings are in a hell of a state but the broomstick GMs are feeling better. I was mega late for work this morning so didn't get my stretching done so probably why my hamstrings are ruined. 
Week 2 I'll hit the cardio more and get back on the intermittent fasting also hit the core work, I'll do a session everyday but split things up better.
Then week three high reps on the benching will be brought back 15-20 ish reps.  
Also think in week 3 or 4 I'll introduce the barbell and then increase the weight by 5kgs when I feel 300 reps is good.

yip this is it very very slow for then next 4 ti 6 months. looking forward to starting more cardio this week and then benching the following week.

Rehab looking great Neil, some good general fitness stuff going on, its all going to help. How did you find the pull through stretches?

cheers Dave, the pull through stretches were different and really hit the hamstring hard. but it all helps.
