What a difference getting the core active correctly is making, during my low back flexion rehab I have started breathing drills to better activate my diaphragm so creating better pressure in my core ( good ab work out for sure )
Squats do feel from a form point to be better and feel better more controlled
Hamstring work is getting there long way off where they should be compared to quads and overall leg strength but getting there.

Happy session today first since being in Leeds watching the world level guys doing it Unhappy
So couple of things first rep is not great but the reminding reps firm wise are better so need to work on my approach to the bar and how I set up my positioning
Speed reps felt good but could probably be faster.

Pleasing session tonight squats felt good and pleased to progress the reps at the end on the 140.
Tried sumo block pulls and they felt ok but weak at them and need to be more active with the glutes and hamstrings.
