Nice session squat feel easier today and just stuck to the plan no madness on the top sets.
Added squat machine and duck walk pick ups for variety and felt good on the Glute activation
Will just keep these on the plan now for the next 4 weeks.

Log and bench felt better this way so a keeper for the time being.

Only set 220 as my max for sumo out of a guess but 6 weeks of sumo and Glute hamstring work is working I think. More focus in this next three weeks on pull thoughts and speed sumo pulls before the main heavy work

Not been in here in a while but things look to be moving along nicely Neil. You planning to concentrate on the powerlifting next year or are you going to try your hand at Strongman again after your good performance at the qualifier? If you have time with the new baby that is.

Hi Neil hope your good too, going to do both exit year, plan is the qualifier and either the bPO or Scottish powerlifting fed just depends on dates

As I was at home I just did the warm up, form and hamstring stuff then just a few extra heavy sets. 200 felt good and 220 felt good too
For got to set the rack hook lower couple of issues with re racking ooooooops
200x4 was good considering I was tired now and 160x10 was even better as I was really tired noo.
Aim is 170x10 next session as my AMRAP
