Added squat machine and duck walk pick ups for variety and felt good on the Glute activation Will just keep these on the plan now for the next 4 weeks. | ||

Only set 220 as my max for sumo out of a guess but 6 weeks of sumo and Glute hamstring work is working I think. More focus in this next three weeks on pull thoughts and speed sumo pulls before the main heavy work | ||

Aim is 170x10 next session as my AMRAP | ||
