Suppose to be squat day but will do this on Wednesday instead as I had one hell of a tight lower back.
Bench felt great and it seemed to be going well so fingers crossed come mock meet day the bench will fly up.

Cheers Will, back is better but still have off days. Making progress and leaning down slowly. Going to give the Scottish qualifier a go in two weeks time, aim is to survive and take home the wooden spoon

Disappointed with getting the minimum reps done on squats and Oly squats and no getting the target minimum on the paused but this session was hard.reverse band squats felt good and better than what I thought they would see vid for how I set it up.

Last heavy session before my strongman comp on Saturday, going to leave deadlift for phase 3 and week 3 until I get back.
Felt hellish today no food all day just two coffees, and two shakes so god dame busy.
So I wasn't hoping for much
Turned out to be a fine session, squats felt heavy at first but just screwed the nut and git I with it - "that just the way it is" sometimes!!
I did my speed bench today missed the close grip and board work and just did extra sets instead.
So wish me luck at the qualifier that wooden spoon is mine for the taking
