All the rehab stuff looks to be going well Neil, I'm sure it'll pay dividends in the long run mate.

Cheers neil all I can say is I miss squats and bench. At least bench for high reps, body weight squats with broom handle will be in next week and I'll try kb swings too see if there ok. But need to be patient untill I'm back after my honeymoon in August then build up from there again slowly

You seem enthusiastic enough with this rehab stuff , im sure that will be beneficial in the long run Neil.

Its going to take a fair bit of self discipline to not try and go too heavy too fast , so i wish you good luck with that mate and i hope you can get back to somewhere near where you envisage you should be on the strength ladder m8.

Thanks Mark

I think my main goal is to be fit and healthy abd not worried about my back first of all
Then if all goes well anything is a bonus

Shame i missed you mate.

Looks like you are going good with the rehab stuff. Hopefully it will pay off if you stick to it.

The Skierg is great

Be interested to see the half supermans, is that with knees on a bench or something?

GM's with scaffold bar (12kgs)
Set 1 x 75
Set 2 x 75
Set 3 x 85

Stretching
Hamstrings, glutes, lower back

Comments
Coastal walk was good got the legs moving and lungs going. So just continued the GM's abd stretching after. Tomorrow will be more structured towards grip and more chins and rear delt work.

Used the gymnastic rings for some body weight action on the upper back stuff and I think it's a great tool to use in training.
Barbell squats felt good and they felt Alot better than they did before the procedure with a empty bar.
The lads were benching tonight so I struggled big time not to have a shot it was only 140 do I managed to stay away but I don't think I'll manage much longer with out bench.

Good to see some progression on the rehab stuff Neil, liking the slow and steady approach, I'm sure it will be of real benefit in the long run.
