Da morn all add in pull throughs with pauses for the stretch. | ||

But I'm going to try the voodoo trick on the hamstrings Good walk this evening | ||

I think you're right to do this Neil, I had a few years away from the heavy stuff forced upon me after my hamstring tear in 2007. It's not something you can half-ass and sneak your heavy work in on the side to get the same results. A concentrated period of lighter, higher volume/rep/frequency work with an emphasis on body recomposition and just basically getting healthy and feeling good is a GREAT way to spend a year (or 3 years as I did).
