was night shift last night so since mid night ive had

12am, chicken and ham pesto pasta salad, banana

3 am, carbonaraish pasta dish, pear and a kiwi fruit

6 am, protein drink (cant eat at this time)

1pm, 2 pork chops with rice a mushroom sauce broccili

5.30pm, carb and prtoein drink

now, might have some eggs, dont think ive got out defrosted Angry

0930- cheese and tomato sarny more cheese than bread lol

1300- big choc flapjack

1500- cheese and tom sarny, chicken leg, small portionj of pot wedges, snickers bar

Soon- 2 pints of full fat milk

Latter- smoked trout and whatever is around the house when I get back from work

12:50 - cottage pie, chips, beans, chocolate sponge, custard
18:00 - protein shake
later - either pizza or fishfinger sandwiches.

Nothing before 10:20 is bad and you need to shove something in mid afternoon on training days at least

3.30am: 4 eggs, 100g of oats, some milk, black coffee

8.30: 200g roast pork sandwich

12.00: Pork or smoked ham about 200g + pasta as much as i can neck, fruits.


17.00: steak 200g beef, rice 150g+, veg, fruits

21.00: 4 eggs, toasts, peanut butter sandwich.

My opinions have run their course

0230 - Some whey and maltodextrin with water
0745 - 250g porridge oats, whey, water, honey, olive oil
0930 - Small tin of mackerel, pear
1200 - Massive baked potato with tuna, cucumber, lettuce, grapes for afters

Rest of day will be...

1500 - 2 tins tuna, 500ml orange, 50g maltodextrin (blended, trust me it's nice)
1830 - meat, veg and potatoes
2100 - 250g porridge oats, whey, water, honey, olive oil

probably will still be hungry even though that seems a lot written down
