My opinions have run their course Member 694, 3112 posts | 0230 - Some whey and maltodextrin with water 0745 - 250g porridge oats, whey, water, honey, olive oil 0930 - Small tin of mackerel, pear 1200 - Massive baked potato with tuna, cucumber, lettuce, grapes for afters Rest of day will be... 1500 - 2 tins tuna, 500ml orange, 50g maltodextrin (blended, trust me it's nice) 1830 - meat, veg and potatoes 2100 - 250g porridge oats, whey, water, honey, olive oil probably will still be hungry even though that seems a lot written down | ||
