Very lethargic to start off with on deads, i dont think my hips had woke up and me to be fair. Was hoping to work up to 140 today but it wasn't happening, the hundreds were very easy though and decided to leave it where it felt relatively painless.
Very close in the gym today sweat like a proper fat lad so all good! Grin

First of all Pedro I see your predicament and I totally agree with in the sense that technology isn't always the best way and other simpler options should always be offered as a option.
But of course Pedro we of course are Dinosaurs and the younger generation see no further than their own ignorance.

Kept it very light today as still a bit tender from thr chiropracters yesterday. I was told my left legs slightly longer than my right and my spines a funny shape Eek

Anyway my little Italian lady was very good, threw me everywhere and cracked me up and down...follow up session on monday so no training over the weekend Wink

Wanted to feel a bit of weight in the hands today on deadlift but without the volume, all were pretty quick and strong until the 180 which was a tad slow and not the cleanest of pulls, i also lost my balance at the top a little and had to take a small step back Confused
I put this down to the nerve damage in the feet, i never used to do it but have a few times this year.
It could also be my buffonary doing a little too much to early Roll-Eyes

This sessions a little late this week, basically the heats been wiping me out and ive been working on very cramped stairs and hallway...and Plaster like me doesn't like heat.
It doesn't help been Diapathetic but i really struggle in the heat Unhappy

Anyway now i've moaned my excuses out i rather enjoyed squats, all felt quite fluid and strong Happy
