No training tonight as i'm prepping my bike and packing a bag as I'm off to sunny Scotland tomorrow for five days of glorious roads and Haggis.
The Five days should do me good, been aching like a t**t the last two weeks, simply down to my lack of conditioning.
Going to come back at the speed of Valentimo Rossi but the size of Tom Stoltman, very Swole and full of Haggis!! Grin

Arms so wrecked I can hardly type! I know 60 is tiny, but think of it as two-thirds of my current 1RM. Not quite death by bench as I had longer than one minute rests. Nearly all the down sets were tough because of the pre-exhaustion.
