I have to thank Kev and Lee Chadwick for recommending this guy to me, he really is the guy to get me back . My sort term target is a modest 800kg Raw Powerlifting total at UK Open Champs . And as my head now feels like it's not up my arse anymore I'm going to join in the forum a bit more and log and my training again .. Feels like a fresh Start after a very very unlucky year !! | ||
