Pagan, me at 90kg lol! 6 pack is almost back as it is! Would have to drop some muscle but that won't be a problem! Grin the plan is strong (fairly) fit and ripped to s**t!!! Will see where I end up but at 6ft and 90kg I would look ill! Grin

Simon, yep, definately a good direction. Most workouts will have an oly lift, a strength exercise, a bb exercise and a wod!

Do what makes you happy training wise mate, afterall it's just a hobby for 99% of us on here. All the best with it mate I had a 'get lean' phase about 18 months ago and I got right down to 105kg. My body needed a break and a change of direction was good at the time!

Ross - that would be an honour mate, in fact, even if i dont do bodybuilding, we can do it anyway as im looking pasty!!! Grin

Ash - Dont really see it as going to waste tbh, just want to do something different as im tired or the strongman regime. Im only 26 so not too old yet, one day I might make a comeback

Sam - Cheers buddy. I definately feel like I need a break from the strongman side of things. Nice to just go to the gym and follow a simple fun plan and do what I want to do with no pressure.

BW this morning os 105.2kg. Thats 0.8kg down from yesterday. Diet and cardio is working a little too well!!! Eek

I'd slow that right down if I were you TBH

If you want to retain strength (IMO/IME) you dont want to be loseing more than a couple of lb a week
