Haha I was waiting for that. My words were 'I am out as it stands, but if I have a change of heart I will let you know'. But come 4 months time I won't be the same athlete I once was I woulnt have thought

100 press ups
100 sit ups
100 squats
10 pullups - very strict

30 mins. Slow and too heavy for this body weight stuff. Or too weak

Pullups were 25, 10,10,5

Pushups were 20, then 10s. Nearly died! Take all weight off at the bottom of the push up then explode. Much harder

It was gruesome mate, the pullups arnt strict though, but I have to get them all done as quick as possible so I'm glad they arnt!!

Dave, im no monster but im trying to get rid of the rest of the fat!

Millsy, I very much doubt it mate I'm not very good at this fitness type stuff. Will keep at it though and it should improve. Will be nice to actually nail Angie, she's a tough old girl!!!!

Couldn't walk out 250 at the minute mate.

Still doing squat, bench and deads every week anyway. Just doing extra conditioning on top
