Still keeping on to your strength well even with the weight loss and cardio stuff

He's changed training for like 2-3 weeks Grin

The real test of James's mental resolve to stick to this path will come 5-6 months down the line, not 2-3 is most people often state

Cheers lads. Won't let bw go below 100kg and if I can nail 300 dead, 160 bench, 230 squat at that bw I'll be happy.

I'm not doing out and out crossfit as I don't have access to a lot of the stuff like rings, a running track, good oly lifting equipment etc so just doing wod's that I can do in the s**tty gym that I train in. So just doing 'Robbofit' Grin

Very true. At this moment it means f**k all. Will get very difficult further down the line. Loosing around 7kg of body weight doesn't help either way you look at it though. Although a lot of that was useless water weight and fat!

Ah right, wondered if you were still at ralls. Is it still a bit rubbish?

Sorry about delays on job front, people dragging their heels - should know more at some point next week

I think even longer than this JC. It's the odd cold or virus here or there 12-months down the line that knocks a few pounds of bodyweight off, or a few kilos from your top lifts which can't then be replaced which is the real kick in the teeth. HOWEVER, with Robbo's new change of focus I think he'll easily break from the old habits! Happy

PS. Milsy said you were looking freakily lean on Saturday Robbo! (I'm sure he said it to make me feel bad when I told him I'm going to rip up for summer! Roll-Eyes )

I've got a lot to look forwar too then Si! Lol!!! Grin

Tbh, as long as I'm training hard and pushing myself as hard as I can then I arnt too fussed. Strength will go where it wants to go and that's fine with me.

Ps, I am a lot leaner mate, and I prefer it! Looks better in a t-shirt and just in time for summer! Tongue

Not a lot Dan.

Things I avoid,
Milk
White bread
Pasta
White rice
White tattles
Cakes, sweets, pop, any sugary s**t really

I eat a lot of meat, starting to eat more fruit, lowish carbs, veg, eggs, cottage cheese, cheese, tuna shakes, nuts, and a s**t load of chicken wraps, although im not sure the tortilla wraps are much better than white bread. Roll-Eyes

Haha know what you mean re the wraps...

I've cut white bread out ages ago; just eat seeded batches and granary stuff now but only once a day. Noticed I feel better and less lethargic from it...

Only sugary stuff I drink is cordial; try to not drink fizzy pop etc...

Thought about cutting milk out but I'd miss it too much in me coffee; only a splash like but still makes a difference!
