How on earth you were 146kg

Even world class strongman are fat as f**k at 146kg and you can barely bench your body weight properly and can't pull twice your bodyweight

When was the last time you did a NORMAL exercise through a FULL range of motion for NORMAL number of reps

Quarter reps on a smith bench for 50 reps is stupid, everyone knows it. Even you know it.
Ronnie Coleman, Phil Heath, arnie did bench through a proper range

Sarychev, Spoto, coan did full range bench

Bill kaz, big z, ed hall do full range bench

So why on earth you think some half arsed half rep smith bo***cks will actually make you strong is beyond me and beyond everyone!
Even if you've done 100x54 or 100x30 you've never proven that means anything becUSe you've never done a proper log or proper bench since you started that tomfoolery

Stumbled across this again. Made slightly more sense but still dont really know what you said.

I have never weighed or said i weighed 146kg. Ive done 76 dips at bodyweight, how the f**k you think id struggle to bench it? Doesnt make any sense. The 54 reps were not partial reps in the smith, which you still couldnt do, but was on a barbell and they were done spoto style with constant tension at the bottom of the movement. Yes spoto, one of the guys you mentioned does full range, which ive always done too, just not on 15 reps or more. This is better for bodybuilding an saves joints, ask ronnie coleman. Also it pretty obviously worked, i was 143kg and not all that fat taking hardly anything. As for deadlift, i was doing 262kg for 20 from below the knee, with my previous best for 2 reps at 260kg with 280kg from the floor. If you think i couldnt manage 286kg x 1 from the floor then your an idiot. I've done over 2.3 x bodyweight x 10 in the past and also over double bodyweight on an axle overhand. You've literally said nothing truthful and pretty much said you cant read properly and dont think well.

How far below the knee? I don't think rack pulls are good at helping with your pulls off the floor at all.

i dont think that makes him an idiot. Thats just name calling for the sake of it.
No one rep max is a given based purely on what you can do for reps.
ive seen people rep 180 for ten on bench get in comp (which lets face it is the only place it counts) open 190 and get crushed by 195.

Hey Paul, I'll ask you as you often have interesting perspectives on things. Which organisation would you say has impacted the world the most. Microsoft or the NAZIs?

3"

They defo have carry over for me, you have a very different set of leverages. If you have back length like mine its almost impossible to get the bar moving from below the knee. I use leg drive off the floor so get momentum going.

Well possibly if they dont train with a pause but thats not how you go about it going from 10 reps to 1. You gradually go down in reps and up in weight so you are conditioned for the heavier weight / maxing out.

Oh microsoft definately if you are talking about the world in which we live today. Technology is taking over the planet.

Haha I love the way you answer everything thrown at you.

Am I the only one who thinks PAUL is a legend!

Also, anyone else know him IRL? I have been out for a few beers with Paul and survived to tell the tale. He is sound!

I competed against him in an under 105kg comp.

Seemed like a decent chap.

Did you beat him?

Knowing Paul IRL I would expect if he believed he genuinely lost the bet then he would pay. Injury is as good as excuses get in this case. Just my opinion.

My take on this this entire thread can be summed up with 'successful troll is successful'. :P Those with negative opinions of Paul would change over a pint or two with him no doubt.

Trolling is fine and entertaining but 100 quid is 100 quid and not paying up is a s**tty thing to do. I'd be pretty pissed if it was my bet
