I'm tier 4. But a key worker. So I have a tier 3 bubble constantly surrounding my van.

Samthepigman said:My stand on sumo is it's just like... One of those loop holes someone has come up with to get round the conventional deadlift.

Like, you wouldn't sumo in day to day life, because it's not a normal position to be in. If you were going to pick something up off the floor, you would do it in a similar fashion to the conventional deadlift.

Imagine if you walked round a supermarket and someone was stacking shelves in sumo stance

Still a super impressive amount of weight to be moved.

I actually lay Kerbs sumo.

Remember social distancing!
If we're getting together for some form of socially distanced combat, please can you bring any Argos catalogues you have lying around at home. I'd like them. Thanks.
I'm actually fine with sumo Happy

In the intrest of social distancing we should probably just hurl sugden themed insults,

Im afraid i dont actually have any argos catalogs at home. I can ask my neighbours for you?

This is the end of an era for Wayne, for sugden, for the lifting comunity.

We should not mourn the loss, but celebrate the times we had! The memorys we all share.

In jesus name

Apart from that, being a scaffolder is probably the best training you can do, other than specific training.

My hands are massive and i suck at grippers.
Very good at DOH and plate pinches tho which i think is helped by my hand size and copius amounts of insulina.
