Don't think it will happen though since I have a girl and mother is kind of against it! lol. She does show a big interest in my lifting though. Bless her. I would love her to compete against me one day. When she's 20 I'll only be 37. Question about the wight on farmers lift in that video. Any idea of the weights at the following times. 4.36 6.35 7.10 The latter ones looked pretty beastly!

I took about £4 out of Sooty's bottom Member 685, 8719 posts SQ 225, BP 150, DL 290 665.0 kgs @ 93kgs UnEq	Popped through to Tony's and did a little training which was not worth logging here. fking lats / ribs are still bothering me from that basd sled pull at the Preston comp and I was shaping like a tt. Tony gave me some Finnish Pre Workout Formula he had been sent from some random bloke at the Finland comp. As neither of us speak Finnish we couldn't make out what the ingrediants were but necked the foul tasting stuff anyway. My face started tingling 10 mins later and now 3 hrs later my face , neck and back are tingling/ itching like crazy and I feel very strange.I promised our lass I'd stay sober tonight but I need something to counteract this f*king tingling or I'll never sleep. Note to self - in future always let Tony test everything on himself before having some !

Ive had something similar a while ago and my forehead was tingling for hours and i could not sleep at all that night.
