thanks lads! yeah WIGAN i am very exited about the (p)C&(p)J - definitely a keeper. Thanks for the tip of jumping forward and out - the bar seemed to travel further back immediately that way.

When the bench comp is done i will start doing the c&j's fresh, hoping to get new PBs.

aye, almost like you are now Grin Failed with 127.5kg as my third (lost tension lol!)

you nailed 142.5kg at the comp? s**t, that would be a good target to have actually, but maybe a bit too much to take this time around. Maybe as my third lift.

Thing, advice is always liberally dished around, most of it is s**te - be warned! Grin

A touch and go 150 is definitely on the cards. If we can just nail that descent, keep you tight, and time the leg drive, you'll pause it too.

I think this re-proves, after my success with it, that Joe's bench approach is effective Happy.
