its not as much what they have done, but what they would have done to me...

STATUS REPORT:

bruising appeared last night to the left side of the left pec and some to the bicep.

Went to NHS walk in centre this morning (fantastic quick service, nice clean modern facilities - thumbs up from me) and the doc did some basic tests and checked things out. Said it doesnt look like there is any of the more serious forms of damage such as tendon tears or rotator cuff damage, but the pec has defo torn. Some mobility checks, tight as f**k, and he said to continue to do them through the week and if i cant do certain movements by next week, need to see someone more specialist (walk in centres are not allowed to do referrals, GPs blocked that right).

THE BULL retires for a week or so...

Pecs are completely un necessary for heterosexual men. Get the f**kers surgically removed and do some proper lifting. have some false tits wapped in at a later date if it still bothers you.

and.... 2-3 months without missing a lift should be a part of everyones training. Plan or no plan. get some f**king work done ya bumCool

First awsome performance in your comp last week, you looked great especially the viking pressEek.

Well Well Well you have ripped your Pec, it sounds like the same Injury I done to my pec TWICE Left as well, and it was as sore as HELLRoll-Eyes, just rest at least 3-4 weeks and slowly build up again i.e. high reps for a while 10-15, and I guarentee you will be hitting PB'S left right and centre when it heals, and it will heal stronger, but you might feal a slight pull there for months after, I still do, but it will heal, best of luck the BULL.

As everyone always says bench is Gay, start to Do Bicep Curls nowGrin.
