Best i have done with that is 150. And also mainly do fronts after being caned from deadlifting already, so it might not be at optimal strength level. But there could be a PB there for the taking in near future... I think i need to wait few more weeks or doing these triples with 130ish still. have to saay though, they were not easy last week SUNDAY MORNING OFFICIAL WEIGHT REPORT: 111.1kg balls, have put on 0.6kg - no wonder i've had a good training week | ||

Olly, i am going after your stone PBs mate - you nailed a triple with 150? I have to say though, this one with 140 was not fast at all, had to retacky between every rep. triple with 150 might be in the crackpipe territory... Feeling pretty f**ked today still - the saturdays session must have been harder than i thought. Right shoulder is also giving grief, i hope i can bench ok though, might need to keep squats light. | ||

Lemon fresh boys were having a blasting and inspirational session, which rubbed off a bit i think During the day i was not sure if i could even train much, was still so battered from saturdays strongman, and my shoulder was giving some grief. Couple ibuprofeins and liberal layer of muscle heat later i was good to go. Bench press 6x70 3x90 2x110 2x125 2x140 - pb 2x142.5kg - pb! 10x115 - thats a pb as well i'm sure. nice to have the best progress in the lift i care least about But just goes to show what committing to a comp will do to your focus. tip from alan: stop faffing about, under the bar, give the go ahead command to the spotters and go. squats 5x70 5x70 5x115 3x135 2x155 2x170 2x180 180 double was not easy at all. But pleaed to go that heavy anyway. power clean & push jerk 3x40 3x40 3x50 2x60 1x70 1x80 1x90 1x100 - liked it! plan was to strict press but was out of time and had to run to catch the train. Running - the worlds most dangerous sport, shin splints seem to be back. | ||

Open somewhere around 130, maybe even lower? lets see over next 2 weeks how heavy paused singles feel. Would like to get that 150 touch and go though, could then stop benching for the rest of the year | ||
