LOL There was a personal trainer watching and i expected him to rush over. It's happened before with bench, PB attempt was ruined. They need to learn a good grind is ok Cool

Woke up at 2.15pm after a big drunk night which included a 4 mile walk so i wasn't feeling prime.

Anyway... s**t PRESSER so decided gunna focus on Overhead and pressing in general.

Started with a bit of Front Squat though because i felt i was cheating on my lower body.

120x4 Technically a PB but nothing to write home about. Was meant to be 5 reps but it stared falling down my body. (Weak Core? f**k knows)

Jerks
Probably just insulted every weightlifter on the planet as i doubt they are pretty.
Don't usually train these. Got 100kg about a year ago.

Never done these and it showed, are you meant to be stronger seated? Didn't feel like it. Maybe cos i was just f**ked and ran straight to these after bench as they were speakerphoning me to leave.

There was a guy shouting/ talking to himself far too much. Kept shouting 'it's only a light weight' and 'you've nearly done'.
Maybe he just had an invisible training partner who am i to judge.

Yeah probably was too much Tongue, Jerks were really fun actually (how humorous)

I think taking the seated presses out would make it fine.

No shoulder niggles today i think the more i press the more they stay away. Probably makes sense.

I know nothing about training which is why mine is called so called, I used to do strict prees on monday and bench thrusday letting the triceps rest a day or two mainly doing 5x5 which i found best for me. You`re training looks solid but i do find it lacking in the meal of the day pic....

ps. Seated strict press i dont know but if just doing strict press should be fine

AM ON FIRE!!!

I had Thai Green curry today which would have made a wonderful MotD pic. I forgot to take a photo though Unhappy

I find certain lifts i need to do more than others. Deadlifts seem best once per 10 days or so. Squats i need to do AT LEAST 2 times per week otherwise they go backwards. I actually squatted 4x per week a while back and found it ok.

I think i need to experiment with pressing. One separate Bench and OH sessions sounds about right though as you said.

I may be popping in just to squat. If i do it will be 7ish cos I'm starting MMA training today (just cardio today though) at 8pm.
