I cant deadlift at the moment anyway. I think the main focus of the training session would be more focussed on messing about and being retarded anyway

Happy with the squats, felt VERY good out of the hole up until the final reps of the last 2 sets. Easier than the 6 sets of 5 last time.
Wearing my SS neoprene knee sleeves which i haven't touched in about 2 years seemed to stop any knee ache so that could have helped.
