Not been much worth logging recently. Having time off squats and DL until my knee is pain free and it's getting better now i've stopped.

Had a few Thai Boxing classes which were fun and will become regular.

Today went and did:

Actually it's funny you mention that as i took cissus up until about 6 months ago and whilst i was taking it squatting 4 x per week, high intensity, was totally ok.
