4 x 62.5kg
3 x 102.5kg
1 x 142.5kg
1 x 162.5kg
------------
1 x 182.5kg - Belt + Alternate grip
1 x 202.5kg - Chalk on
1 x 207.5kg

I am certain you could do that mate.

I will be following Tom Martins routine from Sunday which APPEARS to work a lot on getting to your top set with as limited amount of volume as possible so you are actually fresh enough to do it. That's what's have tried the last few times and it's worked a treat for me. (See journal for deats)

Not sure if that is the case to be honest. Will find out on Sunday I guess.

Had a good sessions on squats today, a guy wandered over and asked if i wanted a spot on the last set so i thought why not. Turns out he used to train with 'Stumpy' who was a pretty awesome PL BB and Strongman, WSM finalist in 2001.
Having someone there to add a little pressure was GREAT i can see why they say a training partner is useful!

Squats
Went a little narrower on stance after reading Tom Martins Babble. Felt good, nice and deep.

Meal of the Day
It was a toss up today so there is 2. I must say cooking a microwave frozen big mac with no instructions went terribly. Bread was rock like. Forced it down though.

Aye me too!

The only thing I would change with John`s plans is the 100k x4, i`d do x3 instead and go up as John said till i have done 180 then if everything felt easy-ish go

192.5, 195 or 197.5... are these not pb`s that could be had

PS, if you fall a deadlift and then go again 9/10 you wont get the lifts imo

Yeah anything over 190 is a PB so i'll see how it goes. Really gunna try for 200 though.


Doubt i'll get a vid though unless i drop on a friend there Unhappy I get called weird when i ask friends to do it never mind strangers.
