Yes, but it actually doesn't look bad over than belly, pretty hench.

Think I'm gunna go to about 112-115 then diet back down to 105 hopefully keeping all the muscle gainz and only losing fat gainz!

New Goal, become a six pack warrior. Might even start on the Herbz (jk).

May change my mind in the morning as i can't think of a way to do it whilst still eating s**t food and doing no cardio.

No longer want a six pack. I'm in a horrible position of wanting to cut weight but also wanting to eating a lot.

Nice clean mate, I need to up mine!

You were looking rather tubby when I saw you lol. Just eat well and do some cardio of some sort, Tabata or something quick. Dieting is killing my strength, but I feel much better for it. When I'm down to 105-110 I can start eating normally again!!

Cheers man, what have you cleaned for max?

Yeah i was just below 100kg a few months ago and felt a lot better. Think i'll cut out some of the full fat milk, get on protein shakes instead of snacks and add some high intensity cardio cos i don't mind doing that. Jogging for 60 mins bores me.

If yes then your too skinny, eat more.

If no then you have nothing to lose, eat more.
