I put it down to 4th rep going to s**t at the top and bar moving on shoulders. Warm ups 120x5 130x5 137.5x5 145x5 152.5x4 (F 5th) Bench Barx5 40x5 50x5 60x5 70x5 80x5 90x2 95x2 60x20 (TRICEP BURNNNN!!!!) One arm dumbbell OH Don't really train these but it looks like Im gunna have to for that Hull comp/mess about. At the gym i train at it's not really possible to dump the weight so that restricts me a little to how much i really go for it. Power Jerk style is definitely best for me 35x3 42.5x2 45x2 47.5x1 I can only do these left handed because of right shoulder but i don't think it really makes a difference. | ||
