Cheers man! Pro tip, it's from Rajas and costs 2.70. Only 2 mins from Lifestyle Fitness so perfect for post workout Grin

It's not suitable for vegetarians so must have some meaty protein haha

lol the ilusive 100 bench, one of the greater achievments in the gym. i think i was at my happiest when i hit 100 bench and 180 deadlift lol. once u start being able to the crap out of it, then you'll feel even better!

I'm very familiar with Rajas, but the chicken tikka pitta 3.50 or the naan at 4.50 are my kebabs of choice! No doubting the protein in them lol

A bit gutted i missed my last rep of the squat workout, had to dump. I put it down to 4th rep going to s**t at the top and bar moving on shoulders.

Don't really train these but it looks like Im gunna have to for that Hull comp/mess about.

At the gym i train at it's not really possible to dump the weight so that restricts me a little to how much i really go for it.

Power Jerk style is definitely best for me

I can only do these left handed because of right shoulder but i don't think it really makes a difference.

210x1 PB! (Was a bit slow and maybe hitched though.

That's 20kg of Deadlift PB in 2 weeks!! Tech much better i think now.
