Squat Thought I'd try and do Mondays session which i had to bail cos of Hip really hurting. It hurt today by the working sets... Goes well with the hip problem. Might go bench only until my shoulder ruptures then retire at 23! Bench 70 x 3 80 x 2 92.5 x 6 x 6 | ||
