Tried again but mind wasn't in it, couldn't even clean.

Squat

Thought I'd try and do Mondays session which i had to bail cos of Hip really hurting.

It hurt today by the working sets... Still pushed through likely injuring myself far worse.

Week off squats cos hip problem. May have to not deadlift!

Woke up Sunday with a horrible pain in my knee when i do any form of squat movement, which is weird since i haven't squatted for over a week now. Goes well with the hip problem.

Might go bench only until my shoulder ruptures then retire at 23!

benching 3 times a week is not excessive. and an 80kg snatch is not bad Happy

Maybe this lower body injury will catapult me to a 3 plate bench! (Or maybe not Tongue )
