Haha the last one was belted. This was a Beltless PB.

Fair enough I shouldn't have made It red I guess. It was harder than I had hoped although it did follow a tough set of back squats so with a belt and fresh maybe 150.

Also wtf is with my progress. Might just go full time kickboxing because I gain strength at an abysmal rate.

no you don't yim, youre doing fine. work on some heavy front squats and you will pharm some joey pbs, proceeding all that volume

It was submaximal, should be about 10kg lower

Do you have a plan for progressing with these then? I've gone from belted front squats to beltless front squats, once I peak on these I'll probably look to bring some kind of paused reps into my training.

I was Stricting for 5 lots of 3. 55x3x5 was the last successful one.

no way! we are both doing the exact same thing for strict! with very similar weights too! I will be doing 57.5 next session, I will attempt to please you ith that.

also forgot to mention, today I tried doing "seated DB cleans" for my atrophy upper upper back, it felt alright. if I have yoke doms tomorrow I will keep doing them
