Might hold off until i get some training with punches then, not wrapped but theres gloves to use and the bag is quite light. Dunno how to punch Tongue

Was a bit of a lame session today, gym was rammed and i had no ipod so i struggled to focus. Got the squats though which is the main thing as i am following a template with these.

Squats
Lazy with warming up because weights were all over the floor half being used.

Overheard a guy saying to his mate "those are real squats" although people impressed with things like that aren't hard to come by at my gym peak time.

Strict Press, which are impossible when your not psyched so instead hang clean to push press with light weights took over

My shoulder is really acting up going to finally book in for a checkup because not being able to bench at all/ strict without pain is annoying as s**t.

I sound so negative so here's a pic of my squat routine to brighten the pageGrin
It seems like it's going to get very demanding from now on considering my max was 170 before starting AND i put max as 160 on the sheet.

Thanks man.

Yeah it seems a little crazy lifting 10k above your max for 5 within 8 weeks. I don't remember where i got it but it's on my computer from somewhere.
Then again my squat is still considered poor so maybe it will improve that quick.

Bench
Decided to tackle this for the first time in ages. My nemesis, the right shoulder raper, the REGULAR BENCH!!!!

If i really arch to the maximum and do it PL style it doesn't cause pain in my dodgy shoulder, maybe i can train this exercise after all...

And if not i have a 100 bench so i don't sound too weak to the layman who always says 'how much do you bench?'
