I've been wearing my Odin knee sleeves for front squats now. They are improving a lot but it's hard to say whether it's due to the sleeves or gainz. I can't see sleeves doing too much they're nowhere near wrap level of tightness.
Makes my knees feel much better though with doing them 4 times per week. Probably won't wear them for regular squats.

Thanks Jack. My PB is a horrid belted slow 140! Hoping to get a Beltless 150 at least within the month.
