I've been fasting , the last 2 weeks I go to work don't eat all day and then eat in the evenings on the days I don't train and eat normally ( and I mean normally not like the fat greedy c**t I've been for the last 3 or 4 months) on training days . I can do abstinence but I;m f**king s**t at just reducing calories. Mind you i'm well motivated as I let myself become a terrible fat mess , I shy away from mirrors nowadays!

ha ha , work clever not hard !

deadlift 150kx10 160kx8 couldn't face much more , changing things up next week as i'm hanging on by my fingernails here , ive realised I've reached an age where its either fat and a bit strong or decent shape and weak , trouble is being fat makes you feel like s**t!
I've lost 11 pounds in 2 weeks which is probably a bit too much too quickly so i'll eat more next week and be focusing on reps mostly.

I am on a 'diet' to get down to my racing weight for rowing , it also happens to be my normal 'no fat' weight ..... its getting a bit s**tty as the weight doesnt want to come off my tits n belly until the very end at which point the rest of me looks like a Prisoner of war !!

is that 75kg? I'm undecided on my target weight either 12 and half stone (crack head with visible abbs) or 13 stone (old dude in good shape not quite visible abbs) mostly I just dont want to feel tired and s**t all day because i'm a fat c**t!

shocked face. Ed you are about 6 1/2 foot I think? 12 stone will make you look like a war child. 13..maybe.

ha ha mate i'm only 6' 2" and have virtually no lower leg development , 12 1/2 is about the lowest I would go , but I might stick at 13 , part of me wants to see if I can get visible abbs at 50.

side shoulder raises front raises 2 sets each
lying tricp extension 11.5k dumbells 15/15

having dropped weight several times it is true that you get a big drop in strength as you initially lose the weight. however, it does take time, but if you can stick with the new bodyweight for long enough (like 6 months min) you will get a big part of that initial strength loss back. even longer term I have been able to push close to my pbs in most lifts with the exception of squats - weightloss crushed my (s**tty to start with) squat strength and it never came back. I think a lot of people lose their nerve with the roller coaster strength drop at the beginning and put the weight back on. get ripped ed!
