I had to get some other guys in the gym to test them to make sure that was accurate! Weight is falling off. :s Military press Up to 75kg 3x5 - a few grinders of doom but got them. Bench Up to 90kg x5 95kg 2x5 Push ups 3x10 Tate press Band pull downs Side/front raises Chins X3 X2 X1 Add green band 2x5 X3 Prowler push 10m from lineman stance 100kg x2 120kg x2 + 2 10m sprints 140kg x2 + 2 10m sprints 160kg x2 180kg x2 + 2 10m sprints 200kg x2 Happy with the prowler. Starting to feel comfortable coming out of my stance really powerfully. | ||

Dead were fast and easy. 210 3x5 next week then hopefully 220 3x5 the week after thenn ill have a crack at 272.5. | ||
