I did 30m for farmers and 20m fir yoke then I set the weight to something I though cpwould be comfortable but also challenging in a tabatta set. So 150hg fir yoke and 65kg per hand on farmers. So I set the time for a set to 15 seconds and went as fast as I could like if I was in a comp and the set the rest for 30 secs. | ||
