Update: Today i weighed in at 125kg / 19stone 10 Thats about 30 kgs ive lost since May '12 Thought id start logging again as 4 months of circuits/intervals etc didnt really warrant it. Back to the weights but still dropping kilos Power Cleans from Blocks (knee height) 40kg x5 50kg x5 60kg x3 70kg x3 80kg x3 90kg 2x3 1x2 1x1 High Bar ATG Squats 60kg x5 100kg x5 130kg x5 140kg x9 Overhead lunges 30kg x hall 40kg 2x hall GHR BW 3x8 Recently tested my DL max to be 240, estimating by squat max to currently be 180 and bench is probably not much over 110. Next set of targets DL 272.5 Squat 230 Bench 140 @ bw of 110-115 | ||
