Deads Up to 250kg x4, 270kg x2 both belted, all clean Dead / standing on red band 150kg x5 180kg x3 200kg x1 All clean and fast Gms 60kg 2x5 100kg x5 Ran out of time. Back assistance and cardio tomorrow. | ||

Trophy Hunter Member 743, 3329 posts SQ 230, BP 130, DL 300660.0 kgs @ 118kgs UnEq | I think deadlifts are fairly unaffected having doubled 270 and 250 for 5 last session, 250 x5 the one before. Overhead I've c+j 115, pp 125 from the rack which is around where I was before I started Bench is getting stronger which is probably due to focusing on it for once. Squat is hard to say as I've been focusing on higher reps but I've doubled 180 beltless fairly easily and hit 160 for 5 beltless so I'm gonna guess is around the same too. If I can maintain and loose ill be very happy. | ||
