I wanna try to stay with 5-8s for more work. Burn more calories etc etc. Also with my weightloss and no deadlifting in 4 weeks, I think my dead will have suffered but I still want to believe I can pull 300. Lol

getting in some good work Scott.

you thinking to do some barbell complexes or Mega Medleys for an alternative to some of the HITT stuff on the cardio equipment?

Yip. Sticking with what I'm at now until it slows a bit, then ill be hitting dan johns complex A twice a week, tabata on the rower twice a week and playing touch rugby for 90 mins once a week along with a few stints on the cross trainer etc. There's also talk of a spin class starting at my gym soon which ill attend. Starting to notice visual difference for the first time now. Happy

First target achieced. Onwards to 140.

Fasted cardio

30 mins cross trainer (level 18 x train)

Some light weights while showing a few boys proper form and some new exercises away from the bench and bi routine they are vigoursly following.
