Sticking with what I'm at now until it slows a bit, then ill be hitting dan johns complex A twice a week, tabata on the rower twice a week and playing touch rugby for 90 mins once a week along with a few stints on the cross trainer etc. There's also talk of a spin class starting at my gym soon which ill attend. Starting to notice visual difference for the first time now. | ||

Power squat jerk 60kg x3 80kg x3 90kg x2 100kg x1 110kg x1 120kg x1 - pretty sure this is a pb for an actual jerk High bar atg squats 60kg x5 90kg x5 110kg x8 140kg x10 My lungs stopped working so I left it there. | ||
