That's prob my last deadlift session for a while tbf, got a few festivals I'm working at coming up then I'm moving back to glasgow. Might just be a lot of cardio until I get settled down.

then got talking to someone about speakers, sound sweet spots, wattages, bass bins etc and got cold and stiff, then gym closed.

Easy. I'd probably be able to squat 250 with a 215 triple!

200 for 5 before that too. just no confidence in the bar, the rack and no one to spot so i always play it safe.. be a different story when i move back to glasgow hopfully

Last session before I go work at TITP. I am the production office donkey thou so ill be doing plenty of lifting and carrying every day and not eating an awful lot.
