Yes im liking it too. I have this faint dream of competing at some 105 strongman next year and competing in the 110s in PL. AKA, not being a fat f**k but still being a mediocre strong f**k.

floating around 115-117 atm. Diet has been guff with working late ass hours in the pub and eating all the free food but i havnt put any weight on so i know im training hard enough. will get the diet back in check this week and smash into the 110 barrier soon.

down from 155 ish so about 40kilos.

Enjoying adding in some medleys at the end for more conditioning. Also going to at least do doubles on the complexs to get more fat burning on the go. Diet has been cleaned up a little bit and playing rugby on Saturday so hoping for some noticable weight loss.
