It was weird doing yoke and not being confident to go faster as it was slippy. was like walking on ice with 360kilos on your back. strange. cross was fine, the weight wasnt too bad feeling on pick up etc, i stumbled backwards on the slippy mats and my hands opened, once they opened i was doomed. stones didnt happen as it was 3 degrees and no ones tacky was working and the stones were in the rain all day so were probably more. winner got 2 i think. | ||

Happy with that considering the diet hasnt been super strict yet just a little bit stricter. full diet and cardio/weights program starts tomorrow. Rehab day of sorts 10mins bike stretching 30mins cross trainer Also acquired a 30kg weighted vest. Plan to walk the dog a few mornings a week on an empty stomach. 30mins - 45mins sorta deal. | ||

Bench 40kg x5 60kg x5 80kg x5 100kg x4 110kg x3 120kg x3 Super set 1 Db bench // tbar row 4x10 1 mins rest Super set 2 Tricep extension // seated clean 2x12 1 min rest 30 mins cross trainer. Speed pulls 60kg x3 100kg x3 140kg x3 180kg 2x3 then the collar shattered. Done. | ||

Hang snatch 40kg x3 50kg x3 60kg x3 70kg xf, xf, x1 - prob the best and easiest snatch I've ever done. Was literally falling asleep so left it there, going to get 4-6 hours kip now, have a big meal then go back in and finish off clean+jerk and high bar squats. On a good note, I got my sponsored athlete kit from the gym today. Free tshirts and hoodies are always good! | ||
