Squatted for the first time in flat shoes today in a bid to cure my knee tendonitis and to take advantage of my hammy strength

Near parallel box squats
Bar 2x20
70kg x5
110kg x5
140kg x3
+ belt and knee sleeves
170kg x3
180kg x3
190kg x3 PB
200kg x3 PB - very fast and easy, vid later

Squats
Up to some 5s at 140kg to get used to squatting in flats

RDLs
Up to 160 x8

30mins cross trainer

I'm box squating for the next 4+ weeks to eliminate me bouncing in and out of the hole like I was doing while high bar squating. Hopefully this plus more fishoil/sleeves will sore the knee tendonitis out.

I've setmyself the goal of a 700 total this year at around 125-130.

250/150/300 RAW.
