Training around night shifts is s**t. Always better before I find. If you have to train after do it after a sleep and just be satisfied with a lethargic session or you'll feel crap

After nightshift is fine for me if I have a decent sleep before the shift. But I hadnt slept since wed night so was tired. And with limited calories I was even more tired.

Small goals mate. 145 is the first target of many.

Ending at 120-130 with. View to compete in the 120s in december. So prob 125 max going into december.

Haha. It will come. Slower than expected due to the current diet and cardio routine but have faith oh trap one.
