Yeh I was going to message you about it I think your right I just don't feel like my hips are high when I'm pulling until I watch it back so I think I'm gonna go back to start and build up and pull with my hips down im gunna deadlift next week and film it to try get in a better position and post it up if you wouldn't mind looking at it and seeing if it looks right id appreciate it

Yeah mate of course. I'm certainly no expert, but, with your squatting strength, you need to utilise the leg drive on the deadlift, and with your ass that high, I cant see how you can do that!

It's strange I find it easier doing doubles than a single even tho I don't touch and go I think I must just be zoned in and break the bar off the blocks easier

I find this with SLDLs, almost feel like I need to miss a lift first to just to get a feel

Same for me I can see why the deadlift variations what benni and ed hall do where the start at the top would work

Slugworth pointed me in here as im having trouble finding a squat routine i enjoy/can stick to? Hvae you got any preferences? Cheers. I love loads of intensity and volume, but find it hard to come back if i have a crap session.

Jrepp I'm going to try focus on get the hips down in the deadlift over the next few weeks and see how my pull goes

surprised you could hold a bar on the bench yesterday milsy, i was squatting and the bar was slippy as hell.
