Most ive ever pulled off ground! slow speed but job done 4reps x 240kg beltless 6reps x 220kg as above Vulcan Gripper 2 Hand Pinch I.M Hub ...nice start to this weeks training, totally chuffed my deadlifts improving looks like all the heavy leg work ive been doing recently is paying off! | ||
