Thanks Neil, indeed training is going in the right direction, ive been increasing my calorie intake and my energy levels are higher because of itHappy Im training the ol' legs tonight should be interesting Cool

Cheers Neil, after watching Mr.Horne's grip feats & gaining valuable grip advice im even more dedicated to increasing my grip strength which is why im training the mitts more often (they heal pretty quickly)Cool

Davycumming said that you should train grip more often to improve it but if the skin starts to give stop.

might have a go at C.O.C# closes tonight Happy

The skin will adapt to the pressure placed upon it and eventually will toughen up, i remember when i was young beginning deadlifting and i had weak skin on the palms of the hands and the skin would tear after pulling heavy....now i never have that problem as the mitts have adapted accordingly Happy

Standing Strict Barbell Press

1rep x 160kg PB! belt+wrist wraps on...Most weight ive had overhead! Felt GOOD!!!
3reps x 140kg equipment off

One Hand Loose Plate Pinch (2x15kg Plates)
I.M Hub (worked up to 17.5kg...lefty requires more work!)
