Deadlift
Warm up sets done then following working sets...
1rep x 280kg PB! Belt on...felt slow & heavy but got locked out, not bad for a self-confessed t-rex armed bencher!Happy
2reps x 260kg beltless...tore skin off hand AGAIN so had to abort workout earlyUnhappy
