I get a massive drop off on stricts by doing bench first. Good work mate.

Also, I have no idea how you bench 180kg without wrist wraps. I can't even bench 60kg without wraps without getting pain right up my forearms, haha.

grip work on captain of crush grippers, vulcan gripper & imtug

Then imo you are in luck. I believe lockout is much easier to improve than speed of the floor. You also have a good grip.

If I get anything past my knees I will finish it as long as my grip holds, I am s**t off the floor. Better than I was, but still poor.
