Deadlifts (all sets beltless & with oodles of chalk!)

Nice work and the grip stuff is looking strong. Grippers before rolling thunder though - grippers first will take nothing off your rolling thunder but rolling thunder will take a fair bit off your max effort gripper close.

3reps x 180kg final warm up
2reps x 200kg wrist wraps on , no spotter....wanted more to be honest
7reps x 180kg PB! wasnt happy with previous set so got in the zone and made up for it.

Standing Strict Barbell Press
6reps x 100kg
4reps x 140kg PB! most ive had on the 3plates progression is coming!

Captain Of Crush Gripper work
2 5closes L & 7closes R Hand
2.5 1close L & 1close R Hand

Vulcan Gripper
level 10 2closes L & R Hand

Strict Axle Press Overhead (from rack)
8reps x 75kg
5reps x 115kg
4reps x 135kg .....obviously not much volume done but the quality was there and plus i was saving myself for the 150kg log (most ive ever attempted overhead!)

Log Presses (leg drive/push presses)
1rep x 150kg Happy Cool PB! been thinking of nailing this all day....feels awesome to make it a reality!
5reps x 130kg Equal PB not bad .
