Grippers before rolling thunder though - grippers first will take nothing off your rolling thunder but rolling thunder will take a fair bit off your max effort gripper close. | ||

Standing Strict Barbell Press 6reps x 100kg 4reps x 140kg PB! most ive had on the 3plates progression is coming! Captain Of Crush Gripper work 2 5closes L & 7closes R Hand 2.5 1close L & 1close R Hand Vulcan Gripper level 10 2closes L & R Hand Ironmind Hub (weight of loading pin,clip & hub not included) 15kg x 1 L & R Hand 10kg x 9 L & R Hand PB! now for pizza time mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ![]() | ||
