I do find that grip can be trained more often than say the bigger muscle groups, but saying that ive recently tore some skin off the palm of my hand probably due to overuse so the mitts will be forced to rest for a few days.

Best people to get grip advice from on here is either grip guru David Horne or FAT_SAM both cool guys who know their stuff! Cool

Cheers Neil, mediocre leg session today although i will be attempting a new front squat PB soon enough....180kg beltless is so there on a good day as agent smith would say "its inevitable Mr Anderson"

I agree with this - the muscles recover a lot faster than the skin does. Also, some PEDs increase skin repair time aswell - other than that PED use doesn't do a huge amount for grip stuff. I know David Horne is life time drug free, for example.

Hes not the only one Wink Its annoying tearing skin on the hands as it takes a long time to heal, hope skin has healed by end of week so i can deadliftCool

Nice tidy session tonight with training partner, highlight was not tearing anymore skin on mitts and mate pulling 100kg (R hand) on rolling thunder which is pretty awesome as he hasn't had much practice on it! Cool Happy

Standing Strict Axle Press
Warm up sets done then the following working sets...
4reps x 130kg
1rep x 150kg PB!
5reps x 130kg

Vulcan Gripper (reached level 10 wasp spring)
I.M Hub (few working sets)
Wrist Developer (reached notch 4.4 red spring)

NOTE: Training in the rain isn't fun but getting new PB's makes it all worth it! Cool Happy
