I do find that grip can be trained more often than say the bigger muscle groups, but saying that ive recently tore some skin off the palm of my hand probably due to overuse so the mitts will be forced to rest for a few days. Best people to get grip advice from on here is either grip guru David Horne or FAT_SAM both cool guys who know their stuff! | ||

Also, some PEDs increase skin repair time aswell - other than that PED use doesn't do a huge amount for grip stuff. I know David Horne is life time drug free, for example. | ||
