Note: DO NOT LIFT IN JEANS! Pinch Pastille (40kg): Fail...honestly thought id easily do this feat, more pinch work is required in order to conquer this challenge. Natural Stone (80kg): Ended up with 18reps (strict style, no leg drive)pressed overhead, cant wait to try again i think 25+reps is achievable on a fresh good day ![]() | ||
